Product introduction
The vibrating boiling cooling bed is composed of a bed body of a porous fish scale plate, an air blowing system, an exhaust system and a humidifying agitator.
The machine is powered by a vibration motor symmetrical to the body, and is equipped with a blast and automatic humidification and cooling system to complete the transportation, cooling and removal of fine powder of used sand. This machine has the characteristics of compact structure and good cooling effect.
Characetristics
Hot old sand falls into the perforated plate of the vibration boiling cooling bed. While advancing in the vibration direction, it sprays water through the humidifier. The air blowing system blows cold air from the lower part of the fish scale board to make the hot sand boil. Air and heat The sand is fully contacted, and the water and gas in the hot sand are taken away and discharged by the exhaust system. The hot sand has achieved the purpose of cooling, and the cooled old sand is continuously transported to the sand outlet for transportation. The heat exchange between sand and air in the boiling state is 6-10 times larger than that in the static state. Therefore, the fluidized bed is an ideal heat exchange device.
