Cold
Box Core Shooting Machine, also named as core box core shooter, refers
to adopt core box at normal temperature and uses amine(TEA, DMA, etc) as
catalyst to cure the phenolic resin coated sand. Both the verical
parting and horizontal parting can be used. The core produced is in
accurate size and high productivity, which is a promising core making
method.

TEA(triethylamine) or CO2 , producing sand core or sand molding, high

6. Horizontal parting type, 2-6 open molds type, multi-directional pumping function, and Z94L-S model can simultaneously complete two molds production for users to choose;

equipment is equipped with cushioning parts, which makes the equipment
move quickly and without impact, and the equipment has long service life
and improves production efficiency;
8. Electromagnetic overflow air-cooled hydraulic station, reducing oil temperature and delaying component fatigue;
9. Drive mode: pneumatic, hydraulic or pneumatic-hydraulic combined drive;
10. Adopt linear guide rail, accurate motion positioning and high guiding precision;
11. Adopting high-frequency quenching inverted V-shaped guide wheel and V-shaped guide wheel, accurate motion positioning and high guiding precision, and the guide rail is not easy to store dust sand, which reduces the movement friction of the guide rail and improves its use precision and life;
12. Adopt
automatic lubrication system, each sliding friction mechanism is
equipped with lubrication device to maintain equipment accuracy and
