The steel plate preservation line is an equipment for surface shot blasting and rust removal of steel before welding and a protective primer. In addition, because the steel shape is relatively regular before processing, it is conducive to mechanical rust removal and automatic painting. Therefore, the use of steel pretreatment can greatly improve the efficiency of the cleaning work and reduce the labor intensity and environmental pollution of the cleaning work.

Regarding the operating speed of the pretreatment line, our company can meet any requirements of users, including ways to increase the power of the shot blasting machine and connect multiple shot blasting machines in series.

At the same time, temperature transmitters, rotary encoders and other components are used in the steel pretreatment line, computer monitoring (monitoring center, instead of old-fashioned analog screens), closed-circuit television monitoring, and automatic coding devices and Automatic barcode printing device.

Workpiece conveying system
