Shell Core Shooting Machine, also named as shell core shooter, is a kind of hot box core shooting machine widely used in foundry casting industry. The hot core box process has the characteristics of short curing time and high molding rate, and is especially suitable for small parts with complicated cavity. Double working station design adopts vertical type with double active molds and single fixed molds. Two differents sets of molds can be installed. The hot core box core machine can shoot sand in different wyas of single-sided or double-sided, porous or single-hole, with strong sand filling force and high sand product.
The core shooting machine can replace the traditional manual molding, realize the mechanized mass production of sand and sand core, and can produce core with complicated shape or inner cavity, accurate size, smooth appearance, good mechanical properties of casting, and more importantly, shell. The coated sand-sand type made by the core machine can be stacked vertically, which realizes multi-box lamination casting, large production volume and high casting yield. It's suitable for casting small and medium-sized casting cores such as automobiles, valves and machine tools. 1. It is suitable for vertical parting type molds. It can produce shell core or solid core by heating phenolic resin coated sand, high efficiency, less sand and less gas.
2. PLC program control, LCD screen parameter setting, process display, fault diagnosis.

4. Two kinds of control programs, respectively produce shell core or solid core, that is, the template is flipped by 180°±30°, emptying the residual sand to produce the shell core, and it can be used as a solid core if can't reverse.
5. High-frequency quenching hard chrome guide rail, long service life; hydraulic buffer of rotary cylinder, smooth reverse and no vibration, no wrap around the rotating ring.
6. The way of taking core out is to take out by opening molds, the active template is foreraked 90° to eject cores and pick up cores by flat trolley, and upturn 90° to pick up sand cores.
7. The core shooting machines has two types: single working station and double working station. The Z956SG double working station model can simultaneously complete two sets of molds and mold lateral pumping function.
8. The driving method is: pneumatic, hydraulic, pneumatic-hydraulic combined driving.
