Product introduction
Rubbing regeneration machine is a high-performance used sand recycling equipment. It is suitable for the regeneration of used sand from self-hardening sand. It has the functions of sand cooling, boiling ash removal, and friction film removal to improve the performance of used sand. It has the characteristics of high stripping rate (adjustable), good roundness of the sand grains, and the function of coarse-level air selection and cooling of the old sand.

2. The sand is boiled by means of air blowing, and the sand rubs between two sets of high-speed rotating friction wheels to achieve the purpose of removing film and dust.
3. The friction wheel is made of high hardness material, which has long service life and easy replacement.
4. Compressed air is used to purge the bearing part. The bearing has a long service life and a good sealing effect.
5. Adjusting the productivity, different film removal effects can be obtained, so the film removal rate can be determined according to different process requirements to reduce operating costs.
