Firstly, the
rotary shot blasting machine is mainly composed of chamber body,
turntable, transmission system, separator, hoist, pill device, blasting
machine and so on. At the top of the room, a high-speed rotating shot
blasting machine can project the workpiece in the best direction. When
the workpiece is transferred out of the chamber, the cleaning effect can
be directly seen for the next step.and has advantages of high production efficiency, good sealing effect, compact structure, convenient loading and unloading.
Secondly, the
scraping plate is rotated by the transmission system, and the shot sand
is sent to the lower part of the elevator through the blasting tube, and
then lifted to the separator for separation, and the intact shot
is continuously passed through the blasting tube and the gate for the
blasting machine. The crushed shot and dust and then enter the
other corresponding pipes separately for secondary loading.
Thirdly, the rotary table shot blasting machine transmission device drives the friction wheel by the cycloidal pin wheel reducer, and the friction mechanism is generated by a clutch mechanism and turret, the
turret rotates smoothly. When the workpiece is turned out of the room,
it can be used to reversely adjust the cleaned workpiece. At any time,
according to the difference of the workpiece to be cleaned and the
difficulty of loading and unloading the workpiece, the clutch handle is
pulled to separate the friction wheel and the turntable, that is, the
turntable Stop and adjust the workpiece and change the handle position.
