The
continuous sand mixer is divided into four types: single arm, double
arms, lifting type and mobile type. It is suitable for mixing various
types of self-hardening sand in the production of cast steel, cast iron
and non-ferrous alloys castings, which not only can meet the
single-piece and small-batch manual molding, but also can be configured
in core shooting machines and mechanized molding line.

2. The sand outlet under large arm is provided with a dust removal outlet, which can further remove the dust in the sand.
3. The
sand mixing cage arm adopts a horizontal split structure, which is
convenient for blade cleaning or adjustment, and is easy to operate and
maintain.
4. The sand is mixed evenly, which effectively guarantees the quality of the molding (core making).

After the machine is shut down, all the molding sand is evacuated to
avoid cleaning difficulties after the molding sand hardens.
6. The liquid supply system consists of a constant flow low pressure gear pump, a variable diaphragm pump (imported from Italy), a proximal control valve and a pipeline.
7. Each sand material transfer outlet and molding sand discharge outlet are equipped with exhaust ducts connected to the dust collector to prepare to control the sand production ratio of the new and old sand. The mixing process can be selected and changed according to the pre-adjusted ratio.
8. The electrical system adopts PLC control, full restriction and protection, analog screen display, stable and reliable work, and automatic production.
9. Large arm and sand mixing cage arm rotation methods are manual and motor rotation methods according to requirements.
10. The mobile sand mixer can be designed with ultra-long large arm according to users' needs to meet the production requirements of large castings.
