The steel pipe external shot blasting machine is a new type of shot blasting equipment, which can achieve the shot blasting of theeternal surface of steel pipes with a diameter of Φ50-Φ3600mm, mianly consists of front sealing chamber, shot blasting chamber, blast wheel assembly, rear sealing chamber, abrasive circulation purifiration system, roller conveyor system, maintenance platform and ladders, dust collecting system and electric control system. The plate welding parts of this machine are processed by shot blasting to improve the anti-rust performance and paint film adhesion. It is a new type of machine that can remove rust on various anti-corrosion operations. It changes the history of the previous shot blasting machine that needs to establish a separate rust line, which can cooperate with various anti-corrosion operations to complete online rust removal operations and used alone for derusting on site.

1. Steel pipes with diameters ranging from φ50 to φ600mm are transported by "V" -shaped rollers at a certain angle to the centerline of the steel pipe, so that the steel pipe can be advanced and rotated.
2. Steel pipes with a diameter ranging from φ159 to φ3600mm are driven by supporting wheels. The spacing between the supporting wheels is adjustable, which realizes a large diameter range of the steel pipe and adjustable walking speed and rotation speed: the shot blasting device is arranged by the bottom blasting type, high cleaning efficiency and good effect.
3. Abrasive circulation purification system adopts overflow induction type controllable BE type full curtain multi-stage air separator and special polyester wire core elevator conveyor belt, which realizes the separation and recycling of the abrasives.
4. The shot blasting chamber is equipped with multi-layer sealing rubber curtains that can adapt to different pipe diameters. The dust collecting system adopts pulse bag blow filter cartridge dust collector, good dust collecting effect and long service life.
