The hydraulic rollover machine is one of the main process equipment of the molding core production line, which is mainly used to complete the rollover of sand molds or cores.
It's mainly composed of movable motorized roller, fixed motorized belt, clamping cylinder, slewing mechanism, stripping cylinder, stripping vibrator, stripping detection device, etc. It has the following characteristics:
1. The stripping cylinder is located in the middle, the piston rod and guide rod of the cylinder are not subject to lateral force, and the seals have a long life and are not suitable for oil leakage.
2. The slewing mechanism can adopt electric or hydraulic mode. The electric mode adopts the rotation mode of brake motor plus reducer, which is controlled by AC inverter to realize stable and accurate parking. The hydraulic mode is controlled by imported original proportional regulating valve. Both methods can meet the process requirements of "slow-fast-slow", and have the characteristics of safe and reliable control, convenient speed adjustment, and simple maintenance.
3. According to the load requirements, O-type and C-type, four-guide column or two-guide column structure can be adopted, with good rigidity and stable operation.
4. The stripping detection device is used to prevent stripping failure and play a safety protection role.
5. There is a mother vibrator on the rollover to help stripping.
