The H beam shot blasting machine is a kinds of roller conveyor shot blasting machine, suitable for the surface derusting and painting process of steel plates, H-profiles and structural parts in ships, automobiles, locomotives, bridges, machinery and other industries, mainly used in construction, bridges and other industries. It is used for stress relief and surface rust removal and cleaning of large-size steel structural parts such as large I-beam and H-beam.
This series of steel plate and profile pretreatment lines are mainly composed of four parts: preheating, shot blasting, painting and drying. According to the user's production needs, the shot blasting cleaning can be performed in a single machine, or the continuous operation of cleaning, painting, and drying can be realized online. It is suitable for derusting and painting the surface of steel plates and section steel (that is, pretreatment), and can perform shot blasting and derusting of long structural parts (that is, post-treatment). It is an ideal equipment for manufacturing industries such as ships, automobiles, rolling stock, machinery, bridges, offshore oil rigs, port and dock facilities, containers, boilers, etc.
The whole line of this production line is controlled by PLC, adopts shift memory and photoelectric detection, automatically measures the thickness and width of the steel plate, automatically adjusts the width of the ejection belt and the lifting height of the cleaning device. Fine-tuning realizes high-precision synchronous transportation under variable load conditions, ensuring the quality of shot blasting cleaning and paint drying of pretreated steel.
