Gas cylinder external shot blasting machine is a special shot blasting equipment designed to meet specific process requirements. It can clean kinds of CNG cylinder,LPG cylinder, LNG cylinder, gas cylinder,fuel cell hydrogen cylinder,etc. Dirt, scale, welding slag and waste paint in the cylinder cavity can be removed to make the smooth surface of the workpieces through shot blasting, and at the same time, the internal stress of the workpiece can be reduced, and the surface of the workpiece can be strengthened, thereby improving the surface and internal quality of the workpieces.
The equipment mainly consists of sealing chambers, shot blasting chambers, blast wheel assembly, sound enclosure of blast wheels, elevator, separator, abrasive collecting hopper, roller conveyor system, maintenance platform and ladders, dust collecting system and electric control system.

1. Clean the oxide scale in the external surface of the vial and the fixtures produced during the stretching manufacturing process to obtain a clean metallic color. After treatment, the inner surface of the workpieces is cleaned to sa2.0-2.5.
2. Eliminate the residual compressive stress generated by the firing and stretching of the steel gas cylinder, and improve the fatigue resistance limit and stress corrosion cracking resistance of the steel gas cylinder;
3. Improve the quality of the external surface of the steel cylinder, which is conducive to improving the anti-corrosion effect of the steel cylinder and the advantages of permanent wear-resistant corrosion and impact vibration resistancee of the gas cylinder.
