Structural parts: shot blasting of steel plate → painting workshop primer → blanking → machining (or welding) → welding (or machining) → degreasing → artificial shot blasting (≥Sa2.5 grade, roughness 20~40um) →Clean up (cleanliness level ≤ 2) → apply zinc-rich primer → volatilize leveling → curing → hang putty → curing → sanding → spray intermediate coating → volatilize leveling → spray various colors of topcoat → drying → assembly.

The major components of the painting line mainly include: pre-treatment equipment, powder coating system, paint spraying equipment, drying oven, heating source system, electric control system, hanging chain suspension conveyor chain, etc. It is suitable for painting and spraying treatment on the surface of workpieces. It is mostly used for the painting of single, small, medium or large batches of workpieces. It is used with suspension conveyors, electric rail cars, ground conveyors and other transportation machinery to form transportation operations.

1. Pretreatment equipment

The spray type multi-station pretreatment unit is a commonly used equipment for surface treatment. Its principle is to use mechanical scouring to accelerate chemical reactions to complete the process of degreasing, phosphating, and water washing. The typical process of spray pretreatment of steel parts is: pre-degreasing, degreasing, washing, washing, surface conditioning, phosphating, washing, washing, and pure water washing. The pre-treatment can also use a shot blasting machine, which is suitable for steel parts with simple structure, severe corrosion, and oil-free or low-oil. And there is no water pollution.

2. Powder coating system

The cyclone + filter cartridge recovery device in powder coating line is a more advanced powder recovery device with faster color change.

3. Spray painting booth equipment

Mainly include dry spray paint booth, environmentally friendly spray paint booth, spraying-drying integrated booth, telescopic mobile spray painting booth, water spin spray painting booth, no pump water curtain spray painting booth, which can be widely used on the surface finish painting of bicycles, automobile leaf springs, and large construction and engineering machinery.

4. Drying oven

The drying oven is one of the important equipment in the painting spraying and powder coating production line, and its temperature uniformity is an important index to ensure the quality of the coating. The heating methods of the oven include: radiation, hot air circulation and radiation + hot air circulation, etc. According to the production program, it can be divided into single room and through type, etc. The equipment forms include straight-through type and bridge type.

5. Heating source system

Hot air circulation is a commonly used heating method. It uses the principle of convection to heat the oven to dry and solidify the workpieces. The heat source can be selected according to the user's specific requirements: electricity, steam, gas or oil. The heat source box can be determined according to the situation of the oven: placed on the top, bottom and sides.

6. Electronic control system

The electrical control of painting spraying line and powder coating assembly line has centralized and single row control.

7. Hanging chain suspension conveyor system

The suspended conveyor is the conveying system of industrial assembly line and painting line, mainly including accumulation and release suspension conveying system, automatic electric hoist conveying system, hanging powder spray conveying system and ordinary hanging suspension conveying system.
