Coating refers to covering the metal or non-metallic surface with a protective layer or decorative layer. The painting coating line equipment is suitable for painting and electrostatic spraying on the surface of the workpieces. It is mostly used for the painting of single or small batches of workpieces, in conjunction with hanging conveyors, electric trolleys, and ground conveyors to form transportation operations. Electrostatic powder spraying, commonly known as "electrostatic spraying", is mainly applied to the coating of metal surfaces. The powder coating is sprayed onto the surface of the workpieces with electrostatic powder spraying equipment (electrostatic spraying gun). Under the action of static electricity, the powder will be uniformly absorbed on the surface of the workpieces to form a layer of powder coating. The powder coating is leveled and cured through high-temperature baking, and becomes a final coating with different effects (different effects of powder coating).

The powder electrostatic spraying line mainly includes the following technological process:

1. Pre-treatment (degreasing, derusting, phosphating);

2. Electrostatic spraying;

3. High-temperature curing (according to the difference in the composition of the sprayed plastic powder and the required thickness, the curing temperature is usually 160-210 degrees);

4. Cooling and unload the workpieces.

Usages:

At present, it is widely used in automobiles, mechanical equipment, aluminum alloy, doors and windows, guardrail boards, control cabinets, air-conditioning shells and other industries.

advantages:

1. High efficiency: Because it is a one-time film formation, it can increase productivity by 30-40%

2. Energy saving: reduce energy consumption by about 30%

3. Less pollution: no organic solvent volatilization (excluding toluene, xylene and other harmful gases in the paint).

4. High coating utilization rate: up to 95% or more, and the powder can be used many times after recycling.

5. Good coating film performance: the thickness of one-time film formation can reach 50-80μm, and its comprehensive indexes such as adhesion and corrosion resistance are better than the paint process.

6. Low scrap rate: It can be re-sprayed twice before uncured.
