The pallet trolley and moulding box(also named as sand box, moulding flask or sand moulding box) for moulding line is the necessary technological equipment for the automatic and semi-automatic molding line of the foundry. We use advanced CNC machine tools for processing and use the trilinear coordinates measuring instrument for dimensional inspection to ensure high precision and interchangeability of the sand box. The sand box is made of ductile iron, high-grade gray cast iron or welded steel plate with  characteristics of good rigidity and high pressure shock resistance. We can design and manufacture various kinds of sand boxes according to customers' requirements or also produce sand boxes according to customers' drawings and technical requirements.
